In Chinese mythology, a dragon normally has four claws. They are associated with water, and peace. They control the weather, and bring luck and strength. However, the five clawed dragon reigns in the sky, and represents the Emperor. Our five clawed dragon grips a ruyi in its tail as it takes off for the sky. It is a symbol of personal strength, and prosperity.
